Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / The Department for Fighting against Human Trafficking of the Interior Ministry of Azerbaijan has detained the inhabitant of Baku city who engaged in human trafficking. According to the information provided by the Interior Ministry, as a result of operative-investigation measures over the fact of sexual exploitation, Mehriban Chilganly has been detained. She was calling women to United Arab Emirates to get profit from their sexual activities. Presently the women who have been the victims of Chilganly are being made clear.
