Joining Lohan on the Top 10 list are Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson, Christina Aguilera, Jessica Biel, Ali Larter, Eva Mendes, Rihanna, Eva Longoria and Fergie. Thrilled by the news, Lohan said "I couldn't be more flattered to be honored as the number 1 girl in Maxim's Hot 100 list!"

Lohan debuted on the MAXIM Hot 100 list at #4 in 2005, and was #3 on the list last year.
