Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / A law on Injecting Changes and Supplements was adopted to some legislative acts by the Azerbaijani President on 16 May.
To comply with the relevant decree, within a month the Cabinet of Ministers and other relevant members of the executive power are committed to adjust the legal acts to the law. In order to establish a position of assistants of judges at the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, staff changes should be injected and financial issue should be resolved.
