"I knew Azerbaijan as a beautiful and grand country. The most important fact for me was to become familiarized with Azeri people. I think that Azerbaijan is a country settled by fine people. In addition, he recommended Azerbaijan to use alternative energy resources such as solar energy. According to Boytel, Germany develops projects in this regard.

Moreover, Boytel touched upon the problem of refugees and internally displaced persons who live in hard conditions. "I was very disappointed by what I saw when I met with them. I think that the Government of Germany should take some measures to help them," he said.
