Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend Z.Safaov / The Azerbaijani youth team on group exercises have succeeded to enter the final round of the European Championship currently ongoing in Azerbaijani capital Baku.
As a result of performances by 25 group teams the Azerbaijani team occupied the 8th place the tournament table. The Azerbaijani sportsmen left behind their rival from Turkey, Georgia, Italy, Austria, Poland, Norway and others. At the same time, the graces from Russia, Bulgaria, Israel, Belarus, Ukraine, Spain and Hungary also gained a right to play in the final round.
The trainer of the group was very satisfied with the results gained by her gymnasts and noted that the gymnast could improve the program.
After a short break the gymnasts entering A Group, including Dinara Gimatova, Anna Gurbanova and Aliya Garayeva will come to the carpet.
