Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend E.Huseynli / A pack of proposals on establishment of an organization for work with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and foundations will be prepared and submitted to the Government of Azerbaijan, said the President of National Forum of NGOs, Azay Guliyev, on 1 August during round table on Azerbaijan President's decree on Conception of State Support to NGOs.
According to him, this decree will provide significant stimulus to the development of NGOs and civil society and establishment of a dialogue in society.
Attending the event, Arastun Orujov, the Sector Chief of the Social-Political Department of the Executive Apparat of Azerbaijan President, said that signing this decree ensures transition to a new stage of democratic reforms implemented by State.
