The average monthly nominal salary of employees in Baku decreased by 0.1 percent from January through July 2021, compared to the same period of 2020, and amounted to 948 manat ($557.6), Trend reports citing the State Statistical Committee of Azerbaijan.
In the first 7 months of 2020, this figure was 948.5 manat ($557.9), which is 15.7 percent more compared to the same period of 2019.
In 2020, the nominal salary of employees in Baku increased by 6.9 percent compared to 2019 and amounted to 927.2 manat ($545.4).
