The prices for commercial facilities increased by 212.85 percent or 3.12 times in Azerbaijan’s Baku city in January 2022 compared to January 2021, MBA Group consulting company told Trend.
According to the data, one square meter of commercial facilities cost 179 manat ($105) in January 2021. Moreover, one square meter of commercial facilities cost 560 manat ($329) in January 2021, which is 2.7 percent more compared to the previous month.
As for the cost of land plots, the prices decreased in this market segment. The average price of 100 square meters of land was 18,421 manat ($10,835) in January 2022 decreasing by 0.14 percent on a monthly basis compared to five-percent-decrease compared to January 2020.
