BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 27. To date, the number of users of the GoldenPay (Hesab.az) payment system exceeds 700,000 people, Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of GoldenPay company Naina Mehdiyeva told Trend.
According to Mehdiyeva, this indicator has grown by more than 14 percent compared to 2020 and by three percent compared to 2021.
"Number of our registered users in 2020 amounted to 614,000, in 2021 - 680,000 and now it exceeds 700,000. This figure continues to grow," Mehdiyeva said.
Chairman also said that GoldenPay's total turnover increased by 42 percent, profit by 61 percent and net profit by 94 percent in 2021 compared to 2020.
According to her, this was facilitated by the growing interest of the population in non-cash payments.
