BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 3. Turkey became the largest importer of Azerbaijani non-oil products in March 2022, Trend reports via the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of Azerbaijan.
In the reporting month, Azerbaijan's non-oil exports to Turkey totaled $101.9 million (a growth of 81.3 percent, or $45.7 million), while to Russia – $30.4 million (a decrease of 31.37 percent, or $13.9 million).
Moreover, the top five importers of the country's non-oil products during this period included Georgia ($19.3 million), the US ($17.3 million), and Brazil ($15.7 million).
Overall, Azerbaijan's non-oil exports in the first quarter of 2022 increased by 45 percent, or $225.6 million year on year, amounting to $727.2 million.
