BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 15. Prices for rental apartments decreased in Azerbaijan’s Baku, in May 2022, an MBA Group consulting company told Trend.
The cost of renting one square meter of housing in Baku decreased by 1.97 percent (to 7.97 manat – $4.6) in May 2022 compared to the previous month and by 4.89 percent - year on year.
The average cost of renting apartments in Baku was 755 manat ($444.1), a decrease of 0.26 percent compared to the previous month (757 manat -$445.2) and by 14.4 percent - year on year (882 manat- $518.8).
The total offer of apartments in Baku increased by 0.26 percent in May 2022 compared to the previous month and decreased by 4.46 percent year-on-year (772 manat - $454.1).
