BAKU,Azerbaijan, October 27. Azerbaijan's non-oil exports increased by 38 percent from January through September 2022 compared to 2020, Trend reports citing Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO).

According to AZPROMO, the growth in value terms amounted to seven percent, up to $600 million.

"Azerbaijan after the liberation of territories offers to its partners new formats for cooperation on mutually beneficial terms. Today, Azerbaijan is carrying out large-scale work on restoration and construction of new infrastructure on these territories. I want to note that so far, more than 1,200 projects in Karabakh have been proposed to the country," the agency said.

AZPROMO stressed that direct foreign investments in Azerbaijan's economy have increased over the past 10 years.

"The agency encourages local businesses to enter the foreign markets. In order to do that, AZPROMO held a large number of various events, exhibitions, fairs and, currently, takes part in international forums. The positive results are seen and work in this direction will continue," the agency said.
