BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 7. The average house prices in Baku's secondary market increased by 0.42 percent in October 2022 compared to the previous month, and by 5.36 percent against the same period of 2021, Director of the MBA Consulting Group company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.

"In the reporting month, the cost per square meter in the secondary housing market amounted to 1,689 manat ($999), while in 2021 totaled 1,603 manat ($945.7), and in September 2022 stood at 1,682 manat ($989.4)," Ibrahimov said.

Meanwhile, the total number of offers in the capital's secondary housing market increased by 2.25 percent compared to the previous month and decreased by 2.59 percent year on year, reaching 1,727.

Year-on-year, the average price of apartments on the secondary market increased by 5.47 percent to 149,900 manat ($88,800).
