BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 9. The total value of Azerbaijan’s exports in general compiled at $38.1 billion, of which $3 billion accounted for the share of non-oil exports which is 10.3 percent more compared to 2021, Trend reports via the ‘Export review’ of the Azerbaijani Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
In the reporting period, the statistical value of the joint export of agricultural and agro-industrial products equaled $912.4 million.
The country's exports of chemical products increased by 57.7 percent from January through December 2022, aluminum and products thereof – by 15.4 percent, ferrous metals and products thereof – by 17.5 percent, and tea - by 35.6 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
Azerbaijan's non-oil export value was $303.5 million in December 2022, of which $197.9 million accounted for food and $197.9 million - for non-food products.
