Epsilon continues construction of 3 pipelines in Uzbekistan

The US Epsilon Development Company, together with Uzbekistan’s Uzbekneftegaz oil and gas company, continues construction of gas pipelines in Uzbekistan’s Kashkadarya region, Trend reports with reference to the company's statement.

The pipelines are Tandircha-Shurtanneftegaz (45 km), Chigil-Mubarek (110 km) and Talimarzhan-Shurtanneftegaz (8 km) gas pipelines.

As of December 20, 49,100 tons of pipes were shipped, 30,200 tons of pipes were delivered, 93.4 kilometers of trenches were dug, 119.2 kilometers were welded into a string and 75.9 kilometers of pipes were laid.

The main activities of Epsilon are prospecting, exploration, production and transportation of hydrocarbons and flare gas and oil; construction of industrial facilities; and construction of transport communications.

One of the missions of the company in Uzbekistan is to develop and progress new and sustainable energy projects, which will serve as a catalyst for socio-economic development at both regional and national levels.

In the framework of joint activities, Epsilon has already commenced large-scale exploration within the Kultak-Kamashi, Mubarak, Surkhan, Ashibulak, Koskudyk and West Fergana investment blocks.
