A 41-storey business complex with a shopping and entertainment center is under construction in Tashkent, Trend reports citing the Tashkent city administration.
Piramit Global company is implementing the project together with partners from Turkey and the UK. The volume of foreign investments will make up $90 million.
The building will be 191 meters high. It will include a shopping center (four floors), the report said.
Moreover, the complex has its own underground parking lot of three floors. It will be able to accommodate at least 800 cars.
The concept of smart home will be applied in the construction of the complex. Construction works will begin in September 2020 and will be completed by the end of 2022.
After the commissioning of the complex it will create new jobs for at least 350 people, the report says.
