Uzbekistan plans to launch environmentally friendly project in co-op with S.Korea

The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Seoul (South Korea) held a videoconference with Director of Business Management of Korean KC Green Materials company Tae Young Lee, Trend reports with reference to Dunyo News Agency.

The parties discussed issues of attracting innovative solutions of the South Korean company in the processing of industrial waste in the Angren Coal Deposit in Uzbekistan and organization of production of environmentally friendly building materials.

The Korean side reported that KC Green Materials is engaged in research and development for recycling various types of waste, including coal ash. The company has several technological patents in the field of innovative solutions for recycling industrial waste into environmentally friendly building materials.

The manager of the South Korean company expressed readiness to study the issue of cooperation with Uzkimyosanoat JSC on recycling industrial waste to produce products that can be used in the production of cement raw materials, soil, light aggregates, other building materials and road construction.

As a result of negotiations, it was agreed to provide KC Green Materials with detailed information for further study, as well as to conduct negotiations in the nearest future.
