Unified system of state urban planning cadastre to be introduced in Kazakhstan

A unified state urban cadastre is being formed in Kazakhstan, Trend reports citing Kazakhstan's Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development.

Maintaining the city cadastre throughout the country is carried out by means of the Automated Information System of the State Urban Cadastre (AIS GGK). Information and documents from basic subjects are received there, and they are updated, systematized, generalized and registered.

The basic subjects providing data for the city cadastre are sectoral central government bodies, local executive bodies, enterprises and organizations, local governments, utilities companies and maintenance services, registration services, technical inventory, real estate valuation, as well as sectoral cadastral and other infrastructure services.

The republican level of the city cadastre contains 9 thematic bases (54 layers and more than 32 thousand objects) in the main areas of the economy: "Industry", "Transport infrastructure", "Agro-production", "Energy supply", "Water resources", "Mineral resources" , "Ecological situation", "Industrial and investment projects", "Urban development projects".

The basic level of the city cadastre is formed on the basis of data from local executive bodies, as well as through an inventory of overground and underground communications and the creation of electronic maps of populated places.

This work is carried out within the framework of the Nurly Zher state program for 2020-2025. A unified city cadastre system will allow to build an integral vertical of the republican, regional, district and basic levels throughout the country and regulate the interaction of central and local executive bodies by integrating existing sectoral and regional information systems, to receive up-to-date information on the state of all objects in the territory of populated places in real time.
