Some 30 facilities were built in Turkmenistan in 1Q2021, out of 259 planned for construction and reconstruction, Trend reports with reference to the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
Also, construction and installation work continues at 168 facilities.
The work is carried out within the framework of the implementation of the he Program of the President of Turkmenistan on Socio-economic Development of the Country for 2019-2025.
In 2020, the plan for the production of products and services in the construction and industrial sector of Turkmenistan was exceeded by 18.4 percent, the growth rate was 22.5 percent.
Turkmenistan has exceeded the estimates for production and provision of services in the construction sector by 20.9 percent from January through November 2020.
The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan surpassed projections in the construction sector by 9 percent during the reporting period.
Turkmen Ministry of Industry and Construction of the country exceeded the plan for the provision of services by 4.1 percent, and the Ministry of Energy by 19.8 percent.
The municipal administration of the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, exceeded the plan for works performed and services rendered by 17.2 percent from January through November.
