Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / The Azerbaijan labor market is all set to provide work for disabled members of families and people who receive social aid, Konstantin Frenkin, the Director of the staff agency Diplomat Ltd Baku, said.
The Azerbaijan Labor and Social Protection Ministry strengthens the policy of social rehabilitation of the Azerbaijani population and is planning to develop 14 projects. The projects of social rehabilitation envisage providing work to disabled people and people who receive social aid. By 1 September 2007, a total of 60,155 families receive social aid in Azerbaijan.
The numbers of unemployed people totaled 51,614 people and about 4mln working people by 1 September 2007, the State Statistic Committee reported. A shortage of qualified employees in Azerbaijani labor market is the main problem.
Frenkin stated "There is not an unemployment problem, only an unemployed problem in Azerbaijan".
Every person may enter University to become qualified and find job.
Diplomat Ltd Baku has been functioning in Azerbaijan since 1996.
