I.Khalilova / The Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development is expecting proposals from European companies offering consultative services from the announcement of the tender on the construction of the first garbage processing plant, Askar Alakparov, the head of the department on investments at the Ministry, said on 2 October.
The Ministry expects proposal from the financial companies Poyri and Klin Glob.
