Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / The Azerbaijan State Property Register Service declared an increase in the activity of the real estate market of Azerbaijan in January-September.
The service registered 78,092 documents during the nine months, 33,489 of them in the first and 44,603 in the second property market.
The number of documents registered in the first market made up 8,230 plots, four in newly constructed buildings, 795 - uninhabited buildings, 526 - uninhabited plots, 18,232 - apartments, 4,783 - private houses, 791 - country houses and 128 - complexes on property
Some 13,441 plots , 8 plots of long year plantings, 670 - uninhabited buildings, 964 -uninhabited areas, 22,322 - apartments, 6,621 - private houses, 442 - country houses, 130 complexes on property were registered in the second market.
A surprising 12,145 mortgage loans have been registered, 7,044 in Baku and 5,101 in the regions.
