Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr A. Badalova / During the meeting with Jordan's special envoy for Central Asia and Azerbaijan Abdulla Vureykat on 23 October, Azerbaijani Economic Development Minister Heydar Babayev invited Jordan entrepreneurs to join oil sector projects implemented in Azerbaijan.
According to the Economic Development Ministry, economic cooperation between the two countries, as well as development prospects, was discussed at the meeting. Babayev spoke on Azerbaijan's interest in expansion of relationships with Jordan.
There are good prospects for expansion of cooperation in tourism, energy, agriculture, and so on, Vureykat said.
