Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / Investments in the construction of the new trade centre in the Fountain avenue in Baku made up $18mln, Iskandar Khalilov, the head of ISR Holding, said.
According to Khalilov, there are 42 shops and two cafes in the new constructed centre.
The numbers of workers are 250 people.
"We are planning to return back the invested funds within five years," Khalilov said.
