Suzuki SXForce Concept at SEMA

( Worldcarfans ) - The SEMA show starts today and Suzuki will be showing the SXForce - a sportbike inspired concept based on the 2008 Suzuki SX4 Sport. Powered by a 250 hp 2.0 liter turbocharged engine, the SXForce was designed and built by Road Race Motorsports to be "eye-catching", to both car and motorcycle enthusiasts.

The exterior features a number of performance based parts including sportbike styled side rearview mirrors and dual exhausts only previously seen on the championship winning GSX-R1000. The body blends carbon fiber, flash pearl white and Orange to give it that striking look.

This concept is a fully drivable and has been track tested and performance tuned - featuring an enhanced suspension system, F1 style outlet gills (helps underhood airflow) and a tailored rearbodywork with carbon fiber diffuser. Fitted with 18 inch Enkei racing wheels and has sportbike stopping power using the Rotora six-piston calipers with 2-piece 355mm rotors.

The interior features suede and leather seats continuing the sportbike theme, other enhancements include motorcycle instrument cluster and controls, roof air intake for optimal breathing and a revised track-themed interior, featuring carbon fiber components and accents.

Also set to feature at the Suzuki SEMA stand are the SX4 WRC Concept, Grand Vitara Dune and Suzuki SX4 Crossover "Concept" accessories.
