Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / Azerbaijani Tax Ministry revealed the fact of meddling in fiscal memory of cash register machine in one of the trade centres in Baku, Miri Bagirov, the investigator of the Tax Ministry, said.
The investigator did not announce the name of the trade centre.
"The trade centre meddle in the fiscal memory of the cash register machine and evade of paying tax in amount of AZN 250,000 from the beginning of the year," Bagirov said.
The employee of the Lider company, the specialist in rendering technical assistance in cash machines helped the head of the trade centre to meddle in the machine's memory.
The head of the trade centre together with the employee of the centre agreed to pay tax in amount of AZN 400 instead of the daily income AZN 5,000.
Investigation has been launched into case.
Some 300 facts of tax evasion revealed from January to September 2007.
