Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Committee for Securities registered the prospectus for ordinary registered stocks of "Azerdemiryolbank" OJSC.
The volume of the issue is AZN 1,400,000, face value per stock AZN 0.20. According to the prospectus, placement will be held by means of public subscription at the Baku Stock Exchange.
'ADB Broker' LLC will be the underwriter of the placement of stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to any organization being a member of the "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and have a brokerage license.
