Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / Azerbaijani State Committee on Land and Cartography will spend $15mln for the project on creation of a real estate land-survey, the head of the State Committee Garib Mammadov said at a press conference on 6 November.
The project is being implemented jointly with the Azerbaijani State Real Estate Registration Service.
The funds to be used are those of a loan allocated by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in July. A total of the loan is $38mln, with $15mln intended for the State Committee on Land and Cartography.
The land-survey will promote real estate market, formation of a system of regulation and use of state property, as well as proper registration of real estate.
