Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend U. Ismayilova / Prices for private houses in Baku increased by 4.4% in September and made up some $228,245 per house or $1,147 per sq m, the public organization of Real Estate Market Participants reported on 13 November.
The rise was mainly caused by an increase in prices in land market and in construction materials market.
Land lots near private houses put for sale in October made up 5.1 per 10x10 m, dwelling space -199 sq m, and average number of rooms 4.1.
Index of prices land prices increased by 3.4% in September and made up $22,904 per 10x10 m.
Prices in commercial premises dropped by 0.6% and constitute $272.8 per 10x10 m.
