Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / Average price in secondary real estate market in Baku made up $1,495 per sq m in October, the public organization of Real Estate Market Participants reported on 13 November.
During a month number of flats put for sale for less then the average price dropped by 2.1%, and the number of flats with more expensive prices rose by 3.6%.
In August, a considerable increase occurred in the fourth area of the city (suburbs), but the first area (centre) kept stable.
Prices mainly decreased for architectural buildings, Stalin project buildings, as well as newly-erected buildings in the secondary market.
Number of newly-erected buildings in the secondary market made up 13.6%, Leningrad project buildings - 22.9%.
Average price of a flat in Baku amounted to $101,769, average square - 71.9 sq m, average number of the companies involved - 2.39.
