Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / The average price in Baku primary real estate market dropped in October by 0.2% and made up $1,023 per sq m, the public organization of Real Estate Market Participants reported on 13 November.
Portfolio of primary market was keeping decreasing in October, and construction was held temporary in several construction sites, which was caused by decrease in demand for newly-established buildings.
Average storey number in constructed buildings made up 15.4 storeys, average flat number - 122.8 sq m, average number of rooms - 2.6, number of non-residential premises in newly-erected buildings - 9.4%.
According to the Labour Inspection attached to the Azerbaijani Ministry for Labour and Social Protection, over 800 buildings are being constructed in Azerbaijan.
