Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of preference registered stocks of Standard Insurance, one of the largest insurance companies of Azerbaijan.
The volume of the issue is AZN 40.000 with a face value per stock at AZN 100.
Authorized capital of Standard Insurance is AZN 8mln. The Company has been functioning in Azerbaijan's insurance market since 2003.
