Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / In October, the prices in the Baku construction materials market increased by 0.7% compared to September, and by 21.9% compared to the same period of 2006, the public organization Participants of Real Estate Market of Azerbaijan said on 30 November.
The materials produced in Azerbaijan made up 33.8% of the available construction materials.
Monitoring was held on 86 types and 41 varieties of construction materials.
Prices increased for 35 of 86 varieties.
Prices mainly increased for bricks, wood, metallic pipes, and armature.
