Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / In October, prices in the secondary real estate market in Baku increased by 5.7% and constituted $1,495 per sq m, the public organization Participants of Real Estate Market of Azerbaijan said on 30 November.
Prices averagely increased by 3.5% in Baku districts.
Apartments in the Yasamal District (22.9%), Narimanov district (18.8%) and Khatai district (12.8%) of Baku made up most part in the secondary real estate portfolio.
Leningrad project buildings (22%), experimental project buildings (18%) and architectural project buildings (17%) made up were most frequently sold.
