New formulas to define the size of authorized capital for joint stock companies and small-scale entrepreneurships have been established.
During the assessment of land plots in Baku, a coefficient will depend upon city areas. There are 12 areas in Baku from 1.2 to 4, in Sumgayit and Ganja from 0.8 to 1.4 and in Absheron from 1.1 to1.3.
