Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / The average price of an apartment per one sq. m in the second property market in Baku has totalled $1,515 in November, the 'Participants of Property Market' public organization reported.
The average price of apartments totalled 3.5% and 6.1% for high quality apartments
A substantial increase in price rates in the 3rd and 4th zones of Baku was observed together with some stability in the first and second zones in November.
The average price of an apartment increased by 0.3% and totalled $102,032 in November.
