Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / In November the average leasing fee for apartments in Baku increased by 5.9% and made up $683, members of the Real Estate Market public organization reported.
The increase in the leasing fees of the commercial facilities made up 1.9% where the average price totaled $21.9 per one sq.m. According to the monitoring, the growth in leasing commercial facilities resulted from the inflation.
