Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / The Nederland Consultative Bureau (DHV) announced the final report on 'Program on registration of property in soft ware', the Azerbaijani State Register Service reported.
Azerbaijan and International Bank of Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) signed an agreement on joint introduction of a single cadastre property system in July 2007. The preliminary work on implementation of the project is financed by the Japanese Government. A tender was announced in order to meet demands by the World Bank. Kadastre International (Nederland), BaltKonsults (Latvia) and DHV (Nederland) won the tender.
The head of the State Service Arif Garshov said that the single communication net enables to decrease time and work among structures which register property.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on introduction of one window system on 30 April 2007.
