Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend U.Ismayilova / AtaLeasing, one of the biggest Azerbaijan leasing companies, launched negotiations with the Islamic Development Corporation (IDC) for further cooperation, the company said on 11 December. During the meeting with representatives of IDC, which supports the development of private sector in Azerbaijan, Yusif Muslimov, the Chairman of Managing Board of AtaLeasing, voiced a will about bilateral cooperation and also held negotiations on further investments in the company. Yusifov also spoke about problems in the leasing sector of Azerbaijan.
AtaLeasing was established in Azerbaijan in 2004. A total of 64% of its stock is held by AtaHolding and 36% by AtaBank. The statutory capital of the company comprises of AZN 500,000.
