Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / In December the activity in the real estate market increased by 12% compared to November, said the Executive Director of Participants of Real Estate Market public organization, Nusret Ibrahimov, said on 28 December.
"The growth resulted from the understanding of the impact of inflation next year," Ibrahimov said.
According to the data by the organization, in November the activity of the market decreased by 2.3%. Nearly 5,000 apartments were offered to the market.
According to Ibrahimov, as always on the eve of the New Year the population begins to purchase real estate, fearing that the prices will be growing next year.
Ibrahimov said that the prices for the real estate increased by 35-40% since the beginning of the year.
