Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / The State Committee on Securities at the Azerbaijani President fined the NIKOIL Investment Commerce Bank.
As a result of the monitoring carried out by the Committee officials revealed that the bank submitted documents on implementation of stimulating lottery to the State Committee in contrary to the legislation.
Under the Code of Administrative Violations NIKOIL was fined.
The sum of the fine has not been announced.
