OPEC crude price drops at start of week

( dpa ) - The price for crude oil produced by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) dropped by 1.65 dollars at the beginning of the week, the OPEC Secretariat said on Tuesday.

One barrel, or 159 litres, of crude produced by the 13 cartel members stood at 92.01 dollars on Monday, compared with 93.66 dollars on Friday, continuing to drop after reaching a record high of 93.93 dollars on Thursday.
