Azerbaijan, Baku, 28 January / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / Unileasing JSC and AzAuto announced the initial results of a joint project on leasing for small-capacity ISUZU lorries.
As at the end of 2007, about 50 lorries were leased which increased the number of sales of lorries by $1.5mln during the five months of implementing the leasing of small-capacity ISUZU lorries.
Unileasing's investment in the project totals $1.1mln.
Under conditions of the joint project, the client may purchase the modern Japanese ISUZU lorry by leasing, by paying 10% of the cost as up front as deposit with an interest rate of 18% per year over 48 months.
Successful implementation of the project between Unileasing and AzAuto significantly expanded cooperation between the companies. A range of projects in the industry, construction and transport sectors have been considered.
