( FOX BUSINESS )- Pall Corp. said late Tuesday its board's audit committee completed its inquiry concerning the understatement of its federal income tax payments and concluded its financial statements from 1999 through 2006 should not be relied upon. As previously announced, the East Hills, NY.-based maker of filtration, purification, and separation products said a restatement of some or all of the financial statements from that period would be required. Pall said it has not determined the financial impact of the matter.
