Azerbaijan, Baku, 31 January / Trend corr. U. Ismayilova / In December, 2007, the price for 1 sq m of non-dwelling premises increased to $2,736, which is 0.2% up from November, the public organization Participants of Real Estate Market reported.
The number of the signed non-dwelling premises purchase and sale agreements rose by 2.1% compared to November.
According to segment indices, the most expensive non-dwelling premises in December were basements, the price for which increased by 1% compared to November 2007.
