Ismayilova / In December 2007, the most expensive land lot was sold in the Nasimi district in Baku ($345,000 for 100x100 m), and the cheapest one in the Garadag region ($370 for 100x100 m), the public organization Participants of Real Estate Market reported.
In December, the average price of 100x100 m increased by 0.1% and made up $23,335, while in November 2007 it was $23,306.
Dramatic price changes took place in five Baku districts (Garadag, Nizami, Sabail, Binagadi and Khatai), and in other districts prices kept stable.
In December, 58% of 887 hectares put for sale were empty land lots.
