Azerbaijan, Baku, 31 January /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / In December 2007 the prices in the market of construction materials increased by 16.8% as compared to the beginning of the year, Participants of Real Estate Market public union reported.
The share of the materials produced in Azerbaijan made up 33.8%.
During the year, monitoring was held on 86 kinds of materials and growth was observed for all of them.
The organization states that the decision of the Tariff Council of Azerbaijan to increase costs of energy resources affected the price increase for construction materials.
