The refurbished new Lancia Phaedra is now available in European showrooms with the basic model selling for 31,400 euros (49,318 dollars), the Italian car maker announced. ( dpa )
The basic model comes with a 2-litre multijet turbodiesel engine with an output of 100 kW/136 hp. The top model, the 2.2-litre version, is fitted with a 125 kW/170 hp engine and is selling at 40,350 euros (63,456 dollars).
The new Phaedra stands out with a redesigned front grille featuring the redesigned Lancia logo.
Lancia is one of the brands in the Fiat stable. At the recent Geneva show, Lancia also launched the new five-door hatchback, the Delta, as part of the car maker's strategy to boost sales.
