Azerbaijan, Baku, 2 April / Trend corr S. Agayeva/ On 2 April, the negotiations on development of economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Lithuania have been started in Baku. The negotiations are being held within the framework of the visit of the delegation headed by Arumes Vinchunas, Director of the Eastern Europe Neighbourhood Department at the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry, to Baku
"The consultations are quite serious and they cover almost all the fields of trade and economic cooperation," the Lithuanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Kestutis Kudzmanas.
Establishment of inter-governmental commission on economic cooperation, which was suggested by Lithuania, is being discussed.
The delegation will hold discussions at the Industry and Energy Ministry, the Economic Development Ministry, the Transport Ministry and will also visit the TRASECA Secretariat.
