Azerbaijan, Baku, 7 April / Trend corr. I.Khalilova / Azerbaijan Credit Banks (Azkreditbank) became the member of Azerbaijani Micro Financing Association (AMFA). AMFA unites 24 organizations.
Membership in AMFA enables the bank to promote its position and expand its influence by joining the Task Groups. Bank may send its employees attend to a program intended for exchange of opinions, which will increase the level of workers qualification. Bank, being a new member of AMFA, is open for all kind of cooperation.
In Feb 2006, Azkreditbank started operating as a universal bank. As for 31 March 2008, the bank assets totaled AZN25,169,995. Bank renders service to 2,130 clients.
On 19 Dec 2001, AMFA was established during the National Micro Financing Association by ten international organizations. The aim of the organization is to implement the micro financing program in Azerbaijan. АМFА mission provides increase of micro financing potential in Azerbaijan.
